Terminated Access to the Program

This article expands on the next steps you should take once your access to The Strategic Bookkeeper Transformation Program has been paused or terminated for any reason applicable.



The courses are not showing up on my library – what happened?

If you lose access to the Program, it's probably due to non-payment and that your new bill has rolled over.


If this is not the case and you've paid all your balances, please email us and we'll have a look at this right away.



What should I do to regain access?

To re-activate your Program access, add in the required amount onto your elected payment account. Once done,

  • Jump on to this LINK
  • Input your academy email - click Sign in when prompted
  • Complete the payment


We genuinely value everyone as a Tribe member, and in the spirit of fairness, any pause is only temporary and will immediately be lifted as soon as payment has been made.
