I missed a payment – what should I do?
Any outstanding charge to your account will automatically be re-tried within the next 24 hours. Please make sure that sufficient balance is available in your account by then.
A series of follow up emails will also be sent your way until your balance is settled. To ensure continued access to the Program, please keep your payment method up-to-date.
How can I update my my card/payment method?
You can update your payment method by using the payment link included in your invoice email. If you're unable to access the link, please raise a ticket and we'll provide you your unique link.
