This article expands on the payment information applicable for the weekly subscription of the The Strategic Bookkeeper Transformation Program.
When will my next charge be?
Your next billing will be 7 days after your sign up date, and will repeat on a weekly basis.
This will automatically charge on the payment method you have provided on your first payment, unless updated.
I missed a payment – what should I do?
Any outstanding charge to your account will automatically be re-tried within the next 24 hours. Please make sure that sufficient balance is available in your account by then.
Our system will keep retrying for up to three times. If all attempts fail, your access to the Program will automatically be suspended.
To ensure continued access, please keep your payment method up-to-date.
Will I receive a Tax Receipt for each of my payment?
You should receive an email containing your invoice and receipt upon successful payment. If you didn't, send us an email at support@thestrategicbookkeeper.global
How can I update my card/payment method?
You can update your payment method by using the payment link included in your invoice email. If you're unable to access the link, please raise a ticket and we'll provide you your unique link.
