In terms of payment, the fee for the program is paid either upfront or on a payment plan.
You cannot pause the payment plan, but you can elect to “pay out in full” so that you are no longer paying weekly.
If for any reason you are unable to engage in and complete the program, you can request to re-engage and complete the program at another time. To do this you’ll need to:
- Have paid the program in full
- Send us an email about your circumstances and why you’re making this request
Once this is done, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible to discuss your options.
